Flora Residency Hotel - Gurgaon

The staff at Flora Residency was very courteous and helpful. They made sure I had a comfortable experience.

Although there were a few drawbacks , such as limited food options and average food quality, I found the overall experience at Flora Residency to be pleasant. The spacious and beautiful room, prompt service, and good breakfast made up for these minor issues.

This hotel boasts a convenient location near many city attractions and the main road. the rooms are spacious and some offer great balcony views. the breakfast is good and the staff is prompt and helpful.

The overall hygiene standards leave much to be desired. From dirty linen to smelly towels, the floors are also in need of a thorough cleaning.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with a decent view. The staff was very prompt and arranged for extra rooms and mattresses. The hotel premises were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good. The hotel location on the main road was convenient for transportation. Additionally, the free car parking and regular room cleaning services were added advantages.

Our Easter stay was amazing! The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the metro and Sector 29. We loved the spacious balconies with a decent view. The reception team was very accommodating, providing extra rooms for our friends and an extra mattress for our late-night group. The food was tasty and had a decent closing time to order in. The hotel also offers free car parking and regular room cleaning services.

We did notice some aspects that could be improved. The bed linens had some stains, and while they were not dirty, the stains did not come out after washing.

The room size was perfect and the balconies were spacious with lovely views. We were delighted that the reception could provide extra space and comfortable mattresses for our late night visitors. the food was tasty, and we appreciated the extra time to order dinner as per our wishes. We enjoyed the RO water and free car parking facilities for the guests.

We did, however, have a few minor complaints. We had hoped that the breakfast could be more varied and flavorsome.
